Join us for a review of our implementation process and progress of API enhancements for MEDITECH. We will provide lessons learned regarding planning, phased implementation, speed bumps, reporting/metrics, and successes. Andrew Ventura, PharmD, MBA currently enjoys outside the box solutions to a variety of operational and clinical challenges in a C/S environment. He is particularly fond of anything relating to medications, and has experience in many modules, with a focus on PHA/POM/NPR/DR/RXM/AOM/MIS.
