1100 - Protect Patient Data and Enable Compliance with the Hybrid Cloud

Efficient, reliable, enterprise-scale, backup, recovery, and archiving are essential to meet HIPAA requirements, recover from security and downtime events, and achieve compliance. With floods of data pouring out of imaging systems, VNAs, EMRs, EHRs, and legacy applications, healthcare IT storage experts and CIOs are hard-pressed to ensure that all systems are protected and compliance standards are being met. Cloud solutions are offering unprecedented flexibility and choice when it comes to sourcing these IT solutions.  Examine the options for building a hybrid cloud unique to the needs of your hospital using on-premises private cloud technology, managed private cloud services, and public cloud offerings that meets the security, reliability, and compliance requirements of healthcare today.
